Conclude Management Development Programme by MSME in E-Max



5 Days Management Development Programme on Marketing Management was conducted by MSME Development Institute, Karnal, a unit of the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, at E-Max Group of Institutions.  M.K.Verma, Assistant Director, MSME was the Chief Guest, he was inaugurated the programme and highlighted the importance of time management, decision making, competitive strategy and effects of retail promotion. He also congratulated the E-Max for organising such Programme to create awareness among the students and faculty members. The object of this programme was acquire multifarious skills to face this highly competitive world. During the five-days activity, a number of eminent speakers shared their views on various topics like Vikas Gupta, Director of Chanakya Academy of Retail Management gives view on Customer Relationship Management, Types & Techniques of sales Promotion, Power of Optimism Marketing, Effective Interpersonal skills in marketing, Resolving conflict constructively. Prof. Isha Bansal, Sahil Jindal & Askhpreet Kaur give their views on Consumer Behaviour, Brand Equity & Marketing, Marketing Mix & Planning, Understanding Customers, Seven Rules of Motivation, Leadership – The Sixth steps of successful marketing etc.
Dr. Sanjay Sharma, Director of E-Max School of Engg. & Applied Research urged the participants to utilise the experience they gained from this programme. He also expressed his gratefulness to the all the supporters  of the institute for their support in this programme.
Speaking on the occasion, Managing Director Pradeep Aggarwal of E-Max Group said the programme focused on developing Marketing skills,  Stress Management, Team Building and Management Skills. Rajiv Bansal, Finance Secretary of E-Max Group said such programmes were a part of enhancement of skills of students and retail management was attached to everyone’s life.Chairman of the College P.R.Bansal thanked to the Officers of MSME and said the students that such programmes were a part of enhancement of skills.
The participants of this programme also expressed satisfaction and happiness stating that they had an opportunity to learn a lot of new ideas  in the field of Marketing Management.
