Conclude Management Development Programme by MSME in E-Max



5 Days Management Development Programme on Marketing Management was conducted by MSME Development Institute, Karnal, a unit of the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, at E-Max Group of Institutions.  M.K.Verma, Assistant Director, MSME was the Chief Guest, he was inaugurated the programme and highlighted the importance of time management, decision making, competitive strategy and effects of retail promotion. He also congratulated the E-Max for organising such Programme to create awareness among the students and faculty members. The object of this programme was acquire multifarious skills to face this highly competitive world. During the five-days activity, a number of eminent speakers shared their views on various topics like Vikas Gupta, Director of Chanakya Academy of Retail Management gives view on Customer Relationship Management, Types & Techniques of sales Promotion, Power of Optimism Marketing, Effective Interpersonal skills in marketing, Resolving conflict constructively. Prof. Isha Bansal, Sahil Jindal & Askhpreet Kaur give their views on Consumer Behaviour, Brand Equity & Marketing, Marketing Mix & Planning, Understanding Customers, Seven Rules of Motivation, Leadership – The Sixth steps of successful marketing etc.
Dr. Sanjay Sharma, Director of E-Max School of Engg. & Applied Research urged the participants to utilise the experience they gained from this programme. He also expressed his gratefulness to the all the supporters  of the institute for their support in this programme.
Speaking on the occasion, Managing Director Pradeep Aggarwal of E-Max Group said the programme focused on developing Marketing skills,  Stress Management, Team Building and Management Skills. Rajiv Bansal, Finance Secretary of E-Max Group said such programmes were a part of enhancement of skills of students and retail management was attached to everyone’s life.Chairman of the College P.R.Bansal thanked to the Officers of MSME and said the students that such programmes were a part of enhancement of skills.
The participants of this programme also expressed satisfaction and happiness stating that they had an opportunity to learn a lot of new ideas  in the field of Marketing Management.

5 Days Management Development Programme Started by MSME in E-Max



A five-day Management Development Programme was started today at E-Max Group of Institutions by the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME). M.K.Verma, Assistant Director, MSME was Chief Guest, after inaugurated the programme he introduced the programme and its objectives to the students he advised the participants to acquire multifarious skills to face this highly competitive world. He again said that in this programme many experts will brief many topics like Marketing Mix & Planning, Understanding Customer, Customer Relationship Management, Types & Techniques of sales Promotion, Power of Optimism Marketing, Planogramming, Effective Interpersonal scales in marketing, Resolving conflict constructively, Seven Rules of Motivation, Leadership – The Sixth steps of successful marketing, Consumer behhaviour etc.
Coordinator of the event and E-Max Business School Dean, Dr Anupam Joshi, laid emphasis on the importance of marketing activities to run a business. She threw light on various aspects to run a business smoothly such as leadership, employee participation, process approach, women empowerment etc.
Dr Sanjay Sharma, Director E-Max School of Applied & Research, urged upon the participants to utilise their time in the best possible manner and learn the maximum skills. Dr.Sushil Kaura, Dean E-Max Engg.College, Head of Mechanical Deptt. Mr. Jai Singh, Media Head Praveen Sharma were also present during the programme.

14 Students selected in Placement drive in E-Max



14 Students have been placed as Software Engineer and Web Developer with Unit Nexus Pvt. Ltd  during a joint campus placement  drive for B.Tech (CSE/IT/ECE) and MCA students held at E-Max Group of Institutions .

E-Max’s Media Manager Praveen Sharma said the students from various universities and colleges from NCR, Punjab, Haryana, HP, etc., participated in the drive. The drive started with a pre-placement talk by Jitender Jangra  Project Manager and Mani Goyal HR Manager of Unit Unit Nexus Pvt. Ltd. This was followed by Written Test, Technical & Final HR interviews. Finally 14 Students were selected after personal and technical interviews. The selected candidates will join as Software Engineer &  Web Developer with the package of Rs 2.20 lakh per annum.
Company’s representatives expressed satisfaction on the quality of the students and wished them a bright future ahead and assured to visit again for selection of more students from Emax Group of Institutions. Rajiv Bansal, Secretary Finance of the E-max Group congratulated the selected students and motivated them to their best to their abilities in their respective jobs. Pradeep Aggarwal, General Secretary of the College thanked the officials of the company and stressed upon the students to work with a clear vision and focus to succeed in the highly competitive scenario.

Chairman Omparkash Aggarwal congratulated the selected students and motivated them to do their best in their respective jobs. He also expressed satisfaction at the rate of employment of  E-Max students.

3 MBA Students selected in Eureka Forbes from E-Max



A Placement drive for MBA Students was organized by Eureka Forbes. The process started with a pre-placement talk by the officials of the Company.. Short listed Students  from Pre-placement talk appeared for Written Test and the HR interviews. Finally 3 students were selected and will start their career as Business Development Executive with package of 2.40 lacs per annum.

From Eureka Forbes HR Recruiter Prashant Panday and Sr. Sales officer Dinesh Kumar were present for the  Selections. Company,s Officials expressed satisfaction over the performance of the students and appreciated the modern facilities provided to the students by the College Management.

Managing Director of E-Max Group of Colleges  Pradeep Aggarwal said that during the completion of the programme, the Institute helps the student in exploring placement opportunities by inviting various companies to the campus for placement through its very active placement cell. At Emax placements are generally a students’ managed activity under the supervision of Training & Placement Officer and a committee comprising of faculty members Finance Secretary Rajiv Bansal of E-Max Group expressed his gratitude to the company officials and wished a bright future to the selected students. 9 Students selected in Second day of “Placement Week” from Emax.




During the IInd Day of  Placement Week at E-Max Group of Institutions  Reliance Communications Visit in campus and 9 Diploma Students selected. In this drive 564 students registered from various Colleges of  Punjab, Haryana, Himachal, Chandigarh, Delhi,  Bihar, Maharastra, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan region participated in the drives.and 69 students invited by the company officials.

Reliance Communication represented by Sr. HR Associate Rajinder Kumar and Madhu Sudhan HR Associate were present for conducted placement drives for the selection of eligible students. Placement Drive started with a pre-placement talk by the officials of the Company.. Short listed Students  from Pre-placement talk appeared for Written Test followed by Technical and HR interviews. Finally 9 students were selected and will start their career as Trainee Engineer  with package of 1.20 lacs per annum.

The Officials of the companies expressed satisfaction on the quality of the students and wished them a bright future ahead. The lively college campus, the enthusiastic students, the modern laboratories impressed the visiting company officials.

6 Students selected in first day of “PLACEMENT WEEK” in Emax.



During the Placement Week  in E-Max Group of Institutions Mindfire Technology  visited the campus in First day for picking up bright Engineers . For this company over  3400 students from various Colleges of the Punjab, Haryana, Himachal, Chandigarh, Delhi,  Bihar, Maharastra, Rajasthan region registered himself  and  348 students invited by the company after pre-shortlisted
Mindfire Technology represented by Pooja Sharma, HR Manager, Rita Sharma, Technical Developers & Team conducted placement drive for the selection of eligible students. The process started with a pre-placement talk by the officials of the Company. This was followed by Written Test & Technical interview. Students selected in Technical Interview appeared for the final HR interviews. Finally 6 students were selected and will start their career as Trainee Engineer with package of 1.80 to 2.40 lacs per annum.
The Officials of the company expressed satisfaction on the quality of the students and wished them a bright future ahead. The lively college campus, the enthusiastic students, the modern laboratories impressed the visiting company officials.

Colorful Mehandi Glows beautiful faces in E-Max



On the eve of Karva Chauth, a Mahandi competition was held at E-Max Group of Institutions. A large number of girl students enthusiastically took part in the competition. Kuldeep Kaur, Isha Bansal & ·Dr. Anupama Sharma were the judges of the competition. The winners of the competition were Nisha Verma from MBA First, Prabhjot from MBA Second and Kulwinder Kaur is also from MBA was third. Participants showed their talent by making beautiful mehandi designs.

Kuldeep Kaur & Isha Bansal were organizer of this competition, Isha Bansal said that the purpose of the competition was to apprise the students to Indian culture and festivals.

Dr Sushil Kaura, Dean of E-Max Engg. College, who was the chief judge for the event, lauded the efforts of the girl students. He asked the students to help in ensuring a clean environment on the college campus like their beautiful mehandi designs.  Kaura added that competition was imperative in life as it propelled one to higher pedestals and made him or her excel in sports, studies and other co-curricular activities.

Chairman of E-Max Group Omparkash Aggarwal congrats all the faculty members & students on Karva Chauth. He said that mehandi not only colours their hands but also imparts joy and ecstasy into their lives.
