A
five-day Management Development Programme was started today at E-Max Group of
Institutions by the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME). M.K.Verma,
Assistant Director, MSME was Chief Guest, after inaugurated the programme he
introduced the programme and its objectives to the students he advised the
participants to acquire multifarious skills to face this highly competitive
world. He again said that in this programme many experts will brief many topics
like Marketing Mix & Planning, Understanding Customer, Customer
Relationship Management, Types & Techniques of sales Promotion, Power of
Optimism Marketing, Planogramming, Effective Interpersonal scales in marketing,
Resolving conflict constructively, Seven Rules of Motivation, Leadership – The
Sixth steps of successful marketing, Consumer behhaviour etc.
Coordinator
of the event and E-Max Business School Dean, Dr Anupam Joshi, laid emphasis on
the importance of marketing activities to run a business. She threw light on
various aspects to run a business smoothly such as leadership, employee
participation, process approach, women empowerment etc.
Dr
Sanjay Sharma, Director E-Max School of Applied & Research, urged upon the
participants to utilise their time in the best possible manner and learn the
maximum skills. Dr.Sushil Kaura, Dean E-Max Engg.College, Head of Mechanical
Deptt. Mr. Jai Singh, Media Head Praveen Sharma were also present during
the programme.
Chairman
of the College P.R.Bansal thanked to the Officers of MSME and said the students
that such programmes were a part of enhancement of skills.
