Rajiv Gandhi Rembered by E-Max



E-Max’s Youth Club “Paryas” pay tribute to former Preime Minister Rajiv Gandhi on his 68th Birth Anniversary. On this occasion Vice Chairman P.R.Bansal, Finance Secretary Rajiv Bansal, General Secretary Pradeep Aggarwal, Executive Director Praveen Bansal of E-Max Group of Institutions and all the directors of all colleges of E-Max, Youth Club Paryas President Sunil Arya, Vice President Praveen Sharma, and all the faculty members and students were present.

Vice Chairman P.R.Bansal pay tributes and said that that Bharat Ratna Shri Rajiv Gandhi was the youngest Prime Minister of India, perhaps even one of the youngest elected heads of Government in the world. He dreamt of making India a front ranking national of the world.

Rajiv Bansal, Finance Secretary of E-Max Group said said that Rajeev Gandhi is especially remembered for his impressive initiatives for modernizing the telecommunications industry, the education systems and expanding science and technology. His birth anniversary, therefore, is also celebrated as Rajiv Gandhi Akshay Urja Diwas.

Executive Director of E-Max Group Praveen Bansal pay tributes and said that Rajiv Gandhi Said that Development is not about factories, dams and roads. Development is about people. The Goal is material, cultural and spiritual fulfillment for the people. The human factor is of supreme value in development.

Emax organizes Orientation Program for Freshers




Emphasis on measures to curb ragging and milestones of emax group of institutions were highlighted in the orientation programme organized by emax engineering college for freshers. The main objective of the programme was to acclimatize the students to the learning environment by knowing each other well.

Welcoming the students of various engineering disciplines Director Dr. Susheel Kumar Kohra delivered the orientation day address. He explained the different programmes and their importance in modern engineering world. He highlighted the importance of value-based education that was being provided by the Institute. He introduced the important faculty members of the students and impressed upon them to maintain a high degree of discipline and decorum for a fruitful learning experience. He explained the course modules and the employment opportunities in each of the segments in the engineering discipline.

Asst. Professor and HOD Applied Sciences Anmol Gautam , while urging the students to stick to anti-ragging measures, said that the principles and values of Om Prakash Aggarwal, Chairman of Emax Group and a great visionary should be strictly followed. The pledge against Ragging was administered to the freshers by their Head of Departments. He urged budding engineering students to utilize the opportunities provided by the Institute. He also stressed the significance of communication skills and personality development. More than 200 students and 80 faculty members attended the programme.

Different icebreaking sessions, games and group works were introduced to bring their involvement and cooperation. Sessions on topics such as goal setting, understanding emotions and managing strong emotions, building self confidence, developing positive attitude, making positive first impression etc. were taken with a lot of group activities, fun and games. After the briefing, the students were taken around the campus in order to get familiarized with the various facilities in the academic and non-academic areas.

Orientation programme organised in E-Max Polytechnic College




E-Max Polytechnic College organized an orientation programme here today for Fresher’s Ajay Katiyar, Principal of E-Max Polytechnic College welcomed the students and explained the details of the academic rules to the new comers.

All heads of departments introduced their faculty members as a part of the induction programme and briefed about the importance of various subjects

Ajay Katiyar informed the students about the anti-ragging measures adopted by the college and the helpline available for the freshers to check the menace of ragging on the campus. He also highlighted the concern of the college management to keep the campus ragging-free and take strong action against the violators by even lodging the FIR with the police, besides disciplinary action by the college.

The main objective of the programme was to acclimatize the students to the learning environment by knowing each other well.
