Tootal IT Solutions picks 4 Emax Students



A placement drive was organized by Tootal IT solutions for the candidates of Computer Science Engineering and Information Technology of emax group of institutions. 35 Candidates having good expertise and working knowledge of dotnet appeared for the interviews in which finally 14 were shortlisted during the technical interviews. Finally 4 candidates were selected by the company for the post of Jr. Software Developer. Selected candidates will be on probation period of 6 months in which they will be given a pay package of Rs. 1.20 lacs per annum. After completion of probation period they will be given a pay package of Rs. 1.80 to 2.40 depending upon their performance during the probation period.

Jaspreet Singh, Technical Advisor and his team interviewed the candidates. Companies official expressed satisfaction over the quality of students and said that they are looking for Fresh talented Engineers from both Graduates and Post Graduates in IT / Software who posses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, that’s why they have chosen to conduct interviews of emax candidates.

AWARNESS CAMPAGIN ON WORLD NO TABACCO DAY



An awareness campaign against the ill effects of Tobacco was organized by emax group of institutions here today. Teams led by various faculty members carrying “ Say No to Tobacco Box” spread awareness among the youth and migrants on various places of city. The havoc by smoking of cigarettes, bidis and use of gutkha and pan masala were explained in details to the public. 360 packets of cigarettes/bidis and 240 packets of pan masala, gutkha were collected from the public and were burned. Amidst a large gathering of the youth Chairman of emax group said that use of tobacco in any means not only had ill effects on human body but also pollutes the environment. Later a pledge against use of tobacco was taken by the faculty member of the institute. Rajiv Bansal finance secretary said that the use of tobacco could cause an irreparable damage to organs like lungs and could also cause the cancer of mouth and throat.

Nep Communication pick-up 12 students from E-Max



A Joint Placement drive for Electronics Students was organized by Nep Communication. The process started with a pre-placement talk by the officials of the Company. This was followed by Technical interview. Students selected in Technical Interview appeared for the final HR interviews. Finally 12 students were selected and will start their career as Trainee Engineer with package of 2.50 lacs

'Smart learning is the future' – Om Prakash Aggarwal



Om Prakash Aggarwal, Chairman of Emax Group of Institutions said he believes smart learning will transform the educational process in the country because it is expected to improve the overall quality of education. "Smart learning is, in and of itself, the future, which starts with the modernization of schools," he told students and parents during a seminar organized at emax international school on “Education and the role of smart learning.

About 300 school children and their parents living in rural areas were present during the seminar. The objective of the seminar is to spread awareness about the effectiveness of processes and procedures which emax international school is implementing to make the school education more learning oriented.

Teachers from various other schools were invited to discuss the students approach towards learning. Methods of turning theory into classroom practice were discussed. Discussions based on new knowledge about how we learn and who we impart education in rural areas are made.

Pradeep Aggarwal, General Secretary of emax group said qualified teachers who have technology skills are essential to ensuring the success of the digital learning initiative. " Technology has increasingly permeated all aspects of life that now depend on digital access , While there already exist a large number of technologically qualified teachers in emax international school, this initiative will hone their skills in addition to developing the schools' technology infrastructure," he said.

Rajiv Bansal Finance Secretary of emax group said he anticipated "the emax international school to take a leading role in smart learning in the rural areas of ambala because emax international school provides an advanced level of education that is similar to advanced countries".

Principal of the school said that emax group has previous experience in developing school libraries and turning them into digital learning resources. She said that we have plans to create centers for digital learning resources at schools to support effective use of digital learning in the 21st Century.

Mova Systems picks 11 students from Emax




A Joint Campus Placement Drive was organized at E-max Group of Institutions by Mova Systems Pvt. Ltd. for picking up B.Tech & Diploma Electronics students of the region. Over 167 students from across various colleges of north India participated in the joint placement drive.
The drive started with a pre-placement talk by Mohit Goyal, Vice President of Mova Systems & his team. This was followed by HR Interview and Technical Interview. Finally 11 students were selected. The selected candidates will join as Engineer with salary packages ranging from 1.80 lacs

SCIENCE QUIZ COMPETITION "GYAN INFLUENZA -2012" AT E-MAX





A Science Quiz Competition “GYAN INFLUENZA -2012” was organized by E-Max Group of Institutions here on today. SDM Barara Prem Chand was the Chief Guest of this programe . The programe started on a traditional note with the lighting of the lamp by Chief Guest. Finance Secretary Rajiv Bansal welcomed the Chief Guest, whose presence was a great source of encouragement for students.

Nearly 200 school students participated in the contest across Ambala district. The competition at College Campus was conducted under the supervision and guidance of Hemant Arora & Robin Sharma. Twenty schools of the Ambala Cantt, Ambala City, Narayangarh, Barara, Kalka, Pinjore etc participated in this competition.

The Winner of this Quiz Competition was Ist prize of Rs.11,000/- won Ishant, Abhisekh, Sarang of Blue Bells School, Narayangarh, IInd prize of Rs.7,000/- won Abhishekh Pahwa, Kartik & Vikram from Blue Bells School, Narayangarh also and IIIrd prize of Rs.5,000/- won by Chirag Kalra, Rajat Kumar, Kuldeep Singh from Govt. Model Sanskriti Senior Secondary School, Barara. All the prizes was given all the winners by the Chief Guest. Chief Guest Congratulations all the winners.

Exhibition on National Technology Day at E-Max



An exhibition “TECHNOZONE” on “National Technology Day” was organised by the E-Max Engineering students of Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics. Pradeep Aggarwal General Secretary & Rajiv Bansal Finance Secretary of the E-Max Group inaugurated the exhibition. Many models exhibited like High Speed Calculator Gun, Automatic Fan Rotators, Mobile Call Detector, Device for Harvesting using wind Engergy, Mobile Call Buss, Neumatic Pressure Controllers, Produce Electricity by use of Speed Breaker, Hydro Power Plant with lane distribution, Screen wiper using battery etc.

In this exhibition First prize won by the Naren Kumar, Umesh Sahu, Rajan Lohat, Akash Kumar, Rajesh Yadav, Naveen Kumar on their model “Produce Electricity by use of Speed Breaker” and Second prize won by Puneet Kaleraman, Akshay Dhelia & Vishnu Nair on their project Mobile Call detector. Pradeep Aggarwal & Rajiv Bansal give the prize of winner.

This exhibition was organized by Mechanical HOD Mr. Inderjit Singh and his team members i.e.Ankesh Rana, Parminder Singh, Arpit Singh, Gurprit Singh. Ajay Katiyarm Sunil Arya, TPO, Praveen Sharma, Head, Media Affairs, and other faculty members also present in this exhibition.

General Secretary of the E-Max Group Pradeep Aggarwal congratulated the winners and also enlightened the students about the life and accomplishments of Sir Albert Einstein.

MOTHER’S DAY CELEBRATED AT E-MAX INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL



Mother’s Day was celebrated as a special occasion at E-Max International School here today. A number of activities were organised for the mothers to celebrate the day. To begin with, mothers were welcomed with flowers and cards prepared by children.. One-minute games kept all the mothers involved. There was a solo dance competition and antakshri was played with great enthusiasm.

Two students of class 3rd recited a poem on ‘Mothers’ conveying that mother was so beautiful for a child. Deepkant of class 6th expressed her feelings for mothers. He concluded by saying ‘God bless these special mothers, for all the tears and heart aches and for all the special work they do.’

World Red Cross Day Celebrated at E-Max




World Red Cross Day was celebrated at E-Max Group of Institutions today. Programe was started with remembrance of Red Cross Founder Henry Dunant, Paying rich tributes to Sir Henry Dunant, General Secretary Pradeep Aggarwal said that he founded the Red Cross movement in 1853 touched by the plight of injured soldiers in the battlefield and committed himself single-handedly to the cause of creating this international movement of unique voluntary work.

On this occasion Pradeep Aggarwal General Secretary, Rajiv Bansal Finance Secretary, Dr. Baljit Kapoor Director General, Principal of E-Max Education College Dr. Arun Chauhan, Academic Head Anmol Gautam, Civil HOD Deepankar Ashish, Head Media Affairs Praveen Sahrma, Training & Placement Head Er. Sunil Arya were present.

Drivers were given precautionary instruction to be taken by them during any accident, they were instructed to fully get prepared with their first aid box.

Pleasing to follow the vision and mission of Red Cross Socity to serve humanity baizes of Red Cross Society were distributed amongst the faculty members & students.

Rita selected miss ethereal at Emax Ethereal Runway 2012



Annual fashion show ethereal runway 2012 depicting Indian traditional costumes, was organized by the engineering students of Emax group of institutions highlighting the importance of Indian Culture. Salman Eqbal of civil engineering was selected master ethereal and Ritu of electronics and communication engineering was selected miss ethereal. Abrar Husain and Rita Devi of civil engineering were selected master and miss charming by the committee comprising of directors and senior faculty members of the group. Show witnessed packed house at the final round at the college auditorium. Of course, the high time was the fashion show. Anuj Gambhir, Sheilka, Hitesh and Iti also won contest in the traditional regional category.

The participants from both the engineering colleges of emax were all attired in the traditional dresses giving audiences a vibrant feel of Indian culture. Professor Dipankar choreographed the entire show. The collections are based on various themes of Indian culture. Various categories of fashion contest based on traditional dresses like Saris, salwar suits, anarkali frocks, kurta with choridar were organized. Contests based on traditional regional clothing were also organized. Later professor Dipankar was appreciated by director general, Dr. Baljeet Kapoor for organizing such a vibrant and lively show depicting Indian true Indian culture.

Chairman, Om Prakash Aggarwal emphasized on the need to preserve and revive our culture to pass on the legacy to the next generation and highlighted the importance of our culture. He said that Indian fashion, like India itself, is diverse and made up from many different cultures. India’s rich history has lead to a wonderful array of different cultures and customs which consequently had led to many different types of dress. Past civilizations have left their mark on Indian culture and fashion. From the British colonialists to Alexander’s Greek armies to the Islamic Mughals, different civilizations have contributed greatly to India’s rich history and unique fashion.
