E-Max appeals for extradition of Criminals on International Justice Day



On Occasion of International Justice Day E-Max Group of Institutions appeals to international community for extradition of Criminals like Dawood Ibrahim ohawwar Rana, Warrenanderson, Molna Masood Ahzar, Haffiz Mohmod Saheed and other criminals who had conducted organized crime in India and are now living peacefully in other countries. Members of E-Max Youth Club PRAYAS also aware general public about this issue on different places ..

Various posters highlighting this sensitive issue was prepared and displayed to public by members of youth club and faculty members of Emax. Slogans like “ Justice for India”, “ Motherland India wanting Justice” etc were displayed.

Finance Secretary Rajiv Bansal & General Secretary Pradeep Aggarwal said that attacks like Mumbai Blasts on Indian soil can only be minimized if the Terrorists involved in previous attacks will be punished. He urged International Justice Agency ICC to interfere in this issue.

Emax MBA Candidate got selected in record 22 Companies




Sumit Sharma, batch 2012 passed out candidate of MBA from Emax Business School got selected in record 22 Companies during the 100 campus placement drives organized by Emax Group of Institutions during the academic session 2011-12. During the Campus placement drives held at the Institutes Campus from October 2011 to June 2012, being a student placement coordinator of emax business school, he appeared in more than 35 interviews and got selected in 22 Companies at a salary package ranging from 1.8 lacs to 2.6 lacs.

The companies in which he got selected are Mas Financial Services Pvt Ltd, Reliance Communications Ltd, Webcom Technologies, Solitair Infosys Inc, Reliance Life Insurance, Wardrobe, Mind Excel Systems, Majestic Solutions Inc, Vodafone (One Communication), Tech Mahindra, Angel Broking Limited, DLF Pramecia, Bharat Infradevelopers Ltd, Edelweiss Stockbroking Ltd, HCL Infosystems, RKF Web World, Money Ambit Financial Services, Insat Techno Services, Techno Campus, HDFC Life Insurance, Birla Sun Life, Axis Bank.

Last year in May 2011, Sumit got selected for an International Project in Naberezhnye Chelny, Russia for 2 Months, which was coordinated by the World’s Largest Student run organization AIESEC. He also acted as AIESEC Coordinator in Emax Group of Institutions for the session 2011-12. Emax Group of institutions is the youth partner of AIESEC which is world largest students run organization having offices in 107 Countries and having head office in Netherland. This year more candidates are expected to visit for international projects throughout world.

4 MBA STUDENTS SELECTED IN ICICI BANK FROM E-MAX




A Placement drive for MBA Students was organized by ICICI Bank. The process started with a pre-placement talk by Branch Manager Praveen Kapoor and his team of ICICI Bank. This was followed by Online Test. After this process 17 students short listed for HR interview. Finally 4 students were selected; they will start their career as Asst Manager with package of 2.00 to 2.80 lacs per annum.

General Secretary of E-Max Group Pradeep Aggarwal along with the team from the placement deptt. welcomed the representatives from the visiting companies. He also informed them that the institute strives to improvise on the available facilities to equip the students for the challenging and competitive corporate world. Finance Secretary of E-Max Group Rajiv Bansal said that the service industry having emerged as a new engine of the economic growth and employment generation, the maximum jobs were now available in its various segments and it was our effort to make the students employable by imparting appropriate training and skill development, besides enhancing their overall personality.

Omparkash Aggarwal , Chairman, E-Max Group of Institutions, in his address Congratulated the students and assured the functionaries of the bank that the students from E-Max will definitely prove to be dedicated employees. Campaign against polythene bags by E-Max's ECO Club




Young enthusiasts and members of Eco Club of Emax Group of Institutions has coming up with issues concerning environment from time to time. Taking time out of their studies, students and faculty members busily commune with shopkeepers at various places to spread the message of pollution caused by polythene bags. Highlighting their event as “Drive against use of polythene Bags”, enthusiasts went from shop to shop to aware and spread the message of pollution caused by polythene bags. Meenakshi Oberoi , President of the Eco Club of Emax said , “We are trying to educate the city dweller as well as the shop keeper of the haphazardness the polythene bags brings in the environment. We are emphasizing on the usage of cotton/ eco-friendly bags. Also, there are certain kinds of plastic bags available which can be used legally keeping healthy environment in mind. These are generally above 40 microns and have a logo – a triangle with 1 or 2 printed inside it. This means it is recyclable and can be used for grocery, food items, etc. Our main aim is to curtail the usage as much as possible.”

“Polythene is not only harmful and a source of pollution but detrimental to our economy as well. We should establish paper bags manufacturing units so that our unemployed youth earn their livelihood,” said Chairman of the College Om Prakash Aggarwal . He said that in accordance with the Central regulations, use of recycled or polythene bags of less than 20 microns has been banned.

Rajiv Bansal, Finance Secretary of the Group aim that E-max Eco-Club is doing a “good job” in creating awareness among the public especially the rural population. Students associated with eco-clubs take out rallies and organize various activities and events to educate masses about environment.
